Driver Eligibility – The renter must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age) and hold a valid driving licence for at least one year. Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same requirements.

Insurance & Liability – Basic insurance is included; however, the renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft up to the agreed excess unless optional full coverage is purchased.

Fuel Policy – The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it was provided with. Missing fuel will be charged at the company’s rate.

Mileage & Usage – Vehicles must not exceed the daily mileage limit (if applicable) and cannot be used for off-road driving, racing, or illegal activities.

Return Conditions – The car must be returned on time, clean, and in the same condition as received. Late returns will incur additional fees.
